My goal was to align ILIA’s clean beauty identity with customer behaviors by evaluating the effectiveness of their social media, influencer partnerships, and content strategy. I studied how ILIA engaged potential customers at each funnel stage and identified opportunities to enhance customer loyalty through consistent brand messaging.
Building this deck required synthesizing data, competitor analysis, and user insights into a visually engaging format tailored to stakeholder needs. I emphasized concise storytelling paired with visuals to communicate key insights on user journey effectiveness. In-depth research into target demographics allowed me to develop strategic recommendations for ILIA’s brand growth, offering a holistic view of how each funnel stage contributes to brand impact and consumer trust. This project refined my analytical, visual, and strategic skills, preparing me for similar challenges in brand-focused content design.
